Funding rates across venues

Hive aggregates funding across 33 CEX and DEX venues, with history back to November 2023. That matters because a single venue’s funding rate tells you about that venue, not the market. Venues also calculate funding differently. Hive surfaces funding_mechanism on the response so a comparison is honest rather than averaging incompatible numbers.

Watch for

Stale prices on thin assets. A token that has not traded in hours still returns its last price. fetched_at tells you how old that is. Delisted assets. is_delisted marks assets no longer actively traded. Without checking it, an agent reports a price for something you cannot buy. Suspect prices. When sources disagree beyond a threshold, is_price_suspect flags it rather than silently picking one. Ask your agent to surface the disagreement instead of resolving it for you.
