ChatGPT - Hive Intelligence

Custom apps are available on eligible Business, Enterprise, and Edu workspaces. Personal ChatGPT accounts cannot add custom MCP servers today.

Create the app

Open Settings > Apps and create a new app in developer mode.
Give it the endpoint:
https://mcp.hiveintelligence.xyz/mcp
Choose OAuth for authentication.
Scan tools from the server.
Complete authorization in the browser.

Verify

Start a new chat, enable the Hive app, and ask for a live price. ChatGPT shows the tool call before it answers.

Backend use instead

If you are calling the OpenAI Responses API from your own backend rather than using the ChatGPT interface, point the API at Hive’s endpoint with a bearer key instead of OAuth. See authentication.
